Please include your preferred date, time and required treatment in the message. We will confirm availability or suggest a suitable alternative.

Once you have chosen your preferred time, we will require a £20 booking deposit to reserve your appointment (use link below or pay over telephone). Please do not pay your deposit until an appointment time has been agreed.

Appointments

We cannot hold appointments without a deposit - your requested appointment will be available to other customers until your deposit has been received and we have contacted you with confirmation. We work on a first come - first served basis, e.g. if you do not pay your deposit in a timely manner, it is possible that you could lose your requested appointment time to someone else.  Please read our terms and conditions, prior to attending your appointment.

Cancellation Policy - Please Read

We now require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation (unless otherwise agreed). If you do not show for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to pay the remainder of the appointment fee prior to any further appointments. Subsequent appointments will require the full fee paid upfront.

If you book an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, e.g. from the reserve list, you are agreeing that the appointment can not be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we have had to enforce this policy due to the exponential increase in 'no-shows', which our business can no longer support. Thank you for your kind understanding.
